It all started on what was supposed to be a relaxing family summer vacation in the Florida Keys. Instead of beach days and margaritas, I watched my three adult children glued to phones, frustrated and drained.

The culprit? Dating Apps.

My son was recovering from another ghosting. One daughter had just been told, “I’m not ready for anything serious.” And my other daughter? She had officially run out of new matches because she'd set her filter to men 6’0” and taller. She’s 5’3” on a good day.

That moment hit hard. Modern dating isn't working.
